Instruction for Submission of Abstracts

An Abstract can be published
in the Book of Abstracts and in the Proceedings
ONLY if it conforms STRICTLY to the following instructions.

        The Abstract must occupy LESS THAN ONE JOURNAL COLUMN.  To satisfy this condition requires:

 1.  Column width is not more than 8.5 cm, and column length is not more than 22.5 cm.
Preferably the Abstract should be slightly shorter.

 2.  The Abstract must be written in the format of Microsoft Word. The file name for the Abstract is to be XXXXXY.doc, where XXXXX is the surname of the presenting author, and Y is a number in case an author will present more than one abstract.

 3.  The font must be Times New Roman. The font size must not be less than 8 points, and the line spacing must not be less than 10 points. This line spacing is somewhat more than "single spacing" in MS Word and can be set in MS Word by Format/Paragraph/Line Spacing/Exact/10.

 4.  The Title is in bold face, and the Authors and Institutions are in italics.

 5.  There should be one blank line after the Title and Authors, and there should be no other blank lines.

 6.  Any Equations and Figures must be included in the space allowed, and all characters and symbols must be legible on the scale used.

 7.  References, if any, must be included in the text, and any Acknowledgments should be the last lines of the text.
